We do not manufacture, sell, resell, distribute, or install any listed product, and we are not an agent of any vendor. Listings are provided for general information only and are not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of any vendor or solution. We do not verify all vendor claims. All evaluations and transactions occur directly between you and the vendor.
We may create informational company or solution profiles using publicly available information. Companies may claim their profile, correct their information, or request removal by contacting us at info@iot-apps.net. No endorsement, partnership, or affiliation is implied unless explicitly stated.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, not impersonate others, and not misuse the Platform. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Paid subscriptions, where offered, bill at the prices and terms presented at purchase, renew automatically until cancelled, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, edit for format, promote, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have the rights to all submitted material and that it is accurate and lawful. We may edit, decline, or remove any content at our discretion.
You may not scrape, bulk-download, or republish Platform content; harvest contact data; probe, disrupt, or overload the Platform; submit false, misleading, or infringing material; use the Platform to send spam; or use it in violation of applicable law.
All Platform content, design, structure, data compilations, logos, and software are the property of IoT Apps or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. Vendor names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The Platform links to third-party websites. We may record outbound clicks for analytics and billing purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, pricing, claims, or services; use of them is at your own risk.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF LISTINGS OR OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE LEAD VOLUME, SALES RESULTS, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR VENDOR PERFORMANCE ISSUES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS AND USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IoT Apps from claims arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
