About NEST Vision

NEST Vision is Acoem's browser interface for reliability teams supervising rotating machinery across one or several sites. It presents machine condition, diagnostic history and ongoing maintenance tasks in a shared workspace. Staff rank equipment by criticality and use the condition records to focus attention on assets that present the greatest operating risk.

FALCON, a portable vibration analyser, EAGLE wireless sensors and MV-x online monitoring systems supply measurement data. NESTi4.0, the predictive analysis software, evaluates the readings and provides diagnostic results. The interface also brings together other reliability inputs, including ultrasound, oil analysis and thermography. A machine history links measurements, recommendations and recorded maintenance actions.

Teams create tasks, add contextual notes and assign actions to colleagues, who receive email notifications. Managers review current equipment status and monitoring history across the organization. The service also provides access to reliability experts for diagnostic recommendations. Shared records help the team coordinate inspections, plan maintenance priorities and review whether completed work addressed the identified problem.
