About Amper

Amper connects production activity with the factory teams handling machines, jobs and daily operating targets. ECI Software Solutions combines electrical sensors, cloud monitoring and operator tools to record machine uptime, downtime and cycle counts. Dashboards bring those signals together with job progress so staff can compare actual production with their shift targets and examine the causes of interruptions.

Non-invasive electrical sensors collect activity from existing machines and send data through an encrypted cellular connection to the cloud. ERP and MES integrations, the links with business management and production execution systems, associate jobs, parts and production standards with machine signals. Operators use a touchscreen interface to enter downtime reasons, scrap and setup details. OEE, meaning overall equipment effectiveness, brings availability, performance and quality measures into the production record.

Configured alerts report downtime, slow cycles or deviations from targets by phone or email. Operator calls for help create a shared record for maintenance, tooling and quality teams. Scheduling tools sequence jobs, test production scenarios and report delay risks; maintenance tools use recorded machine operating hours. Custom dashboards and reports give factory staff a common view of machine use and interruptions for assigning follow-up work and adjusting the next production plan.
