Accelerometers measure local ground motion and feed recorders that stream over Ethernet or selected network links. Analysis software brings event files, station status and waveforms together for seismic research teams.
Measurements from distributed stations give seismic researchers and engineers a record of local ground shaking. GeoSIG supplies accelerometers, field recorders and data-acquisition software for strong-motion networks. The stations are placed to capture shaking at the selected sites, with sensor and recorder arrangements chosen for the measurement programme. GeoDAS, the instrument-management and analysis application, brings station data and recorded events into the shared workflow.
GMS-series recorders acquire the sensor signals and store continuous or triggered records. GMSplus equipment provides Ethernet communication, with selected additional network options, and streams through GSBU or SeedLink interfaces. Its recording format is miniSEED. Timing uses the agreed network or GPS arrangement so the measurements relate to the network's selected time reference. Software receives the streams and downloads event files for review.
Teams examine waveforms, apply the selected analysis functions and export records for other tools. Available processing includes filtering, integration, power spectra and response spectra in the chosen software package. Station maps and state-of-health views support the instrument checks alongside the measurement work. The network provides recorded inputs for earthquake research, engineering assessment and the selected external mapping or response applications.

GMSplus records miniSEED data and supports GSBU and SeedLink streams, including compatible Earthworm arrangements.
Ethernet is provided, while Wi-Fi is an optional module. The selected installation defines any additional modem or network equipment.
Selected GeoDAS packages provide filtering, integration, power spectra and response spectra, together with data conversion for tools such as SEISAN, MATLAB and ARTeMIS.
Every page carries a cost estimate by IoT Apps for your own sites and assets; set your budget and invite GeoSIG to confirm a price and lead time.
For 1 site with 10 monitored assets in United States, IoT Apps estimates $1,900 – $6,000 in the first year and $300 – $1,000 every year after. This is an estimate based on comparable deployments, not a quote from GeoSIG.
