Room condition and air monitoring for workplaces

Wireless environmental sensors send selected room readings through gateways to cloud dashboards. Workplace and hospitality teams compare temperature, air conditions and activity between rooms and receive chosen warnings.

About Room condition and air monitoring for workplaces

Room-condition records help facility teams compare the environments people use during the day or overnight. Cognition World combines wireless environmental sensors with gateway connections and live monitoring software. The application covers selected temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, light or activity readings, with devices chosen around the room and the project.

The air-quality deployment package includes a powered gateway and two pre-configured multifunction sensors with lithium batteries installed. The gateway connects to the internet through Ethernet or a selected 4G service. Sensors are placed in chosen rooms within wireless range, with room locations and device identifiers linked to the operating system. The installation guidance uses one room with a known issue and another room for comparison.

Users review current and recorded values in the portal and receive configured notices when selected operating tolerances are exceeded. Comparisons help teams examine differences between rooms or changes in a freezer, storage area or workplace. Sensor-status views identify communication or battery issues for maintenance checks. Support staff help with installation and the chosen device arrangement, keeping room records available for the facility's environmental reviews.

Questions and answers

What comes in the two-room air-quality package?

It includes one powered gateway and two pre-configured multifunction sensors with lithium batteries installed.

Can the gateway connect without local Ethernet?

The package supports a selected 4G connection as an alternative to Ethernet, with the service arranged for the site.

How are comparison rooms chosen for the deployment?

The guidance suggests one room with known air-quality issues and another without known issues for comparison.

How are sensors linked to their room records?

The installation workflow records the site, room location and device identifier, with the location updated if a sensor is moved.

How is this deployment priced?
