Cold storage temperature monitoring for enterprise teams

Wireless probe devices collect storage conditions and pass readings to software that checks the selected limits. Staff review excursions, their duration and the related history before checking the affected appliance or area.

About Cold storage temperature monitoring for enterprise teams

Storage checks need a continuing record of the conditions between routine appliance inspections. Invisible Systems combines precision probes, wireless devices and Live monitoring software for fridges, freezers, cold rooms and general storage. Enterprise teams review recorded conditions across the points represented in the installation.

T-Series precision devices use interchangeable PT100 probes, which measure temperature through electrical resistance. An installed gateway receives the wireless readings and supplies them to the platform through the LoRaWAN arrangement. Staff register the device identity and confirm that its readings appear in the selected account. Probe locations represent the monitored storage area. The software records the measured values and compares them with the chosen thresholds and alarm-delay settings.

Staff investigate a reported excursion and review its start, duration and corresponding readings. Probe Reports, the reporting function, lets users select sensors and an operating period, examine charts and export the summary as CSV. A threshold exception remains in the report even when a configured delay prevents an alarm. The team uses those records when checking the appliance and deciding which stock or maintenance review to carry out. Calibration services and installation support form part of the selected deployment arrangement.

How it works

Measure conditions at the selected storage probe locations.
Connect
Send wireless device readings through the installed gateway.
Analyze
Check recorded values against thresholds and alarm delays.
Act
Review excursions and inspect the affected storage appliance.

Questions and answers

Does every threshold exception trigger an immediate alarm?

Live applies the selected alarm-delay settings. Probe Reports retains threshold exceptions even when a reading returns within limits before that delay expires.

What is needed before a precision device appears in the account?

An active gateway receives the wireless readings. Staff register the T-Series device identity in Live and verify incoming data through sensor diagnostics.

Can a storage report be limited to chosen probes and dates?

Probe Reports selects the corresponding sensor points and reporting period. It provides per-sensor charts and a CSV summary with the selected exception records.
