Liquid level records for industrial tank teams

Magnetic or electrode sensors send liquid-level readings over Modbus through gateways to a cloud platform with alarms and reports. Industrial tank teams review control points and continuous measurements during operating checks.

About Liquid level records for industrial tank teams

Tank-level readings connect industrial liquid equipment with the people managing it. DISIBEINT provides magnetic switches, conductive electrodes and continuous magnetic transducers with Modbus connections. These sensors feed the gateway and deDAT cloud arrangement for collecting records, analysing measurements and using alarm or remote-control actions in the operating application.

IMN8 magnetic switches provide up to 16 control points, while NCV8 electrodes provide up to four points for conductive liquids. TMN8 magnetic transducers provide continuous level readings. Each uses Modbus RTU over RS-485. Gateways collect and store connected equipment records, and communication adapters link RS-485 with network connections. Modular input/output equipment adds digital, analogue and relay channels within the broader control arrangement.

Staff group records from different facilities in the cloud platform and review reports from a desktop, phone or tablet. Control-point states and continuous readings provide separate views of the monitored tank level. Alarm actions support investigation of changed conditions, while remote commands act through connected outputs. These records give the operating team a common basis for preparing tank checks and reviewing the next level-control action.

How it works

Sense
Measure liquid control points or continuous tank levels.
Connect
Send sensor readings over Modbus through data gateways.
Analyze
Review level records, cloud reports and alarm conditions.
Act
Use connected outputs and organise tank operating checks.
