Rail-certified routers with dual 5G modems deliver passenger WiFi, infotainment, and remote diagnostics on trains, keeping onboard services running across network handovers.

Streets and municipal assets depend on conditions and assets that change between scheduled inspections. Lost visibility as assets move may emerge without a clear indication of which site, zone, or asset needs attention. Fleet, logistics, and operations teams often rely on manual readings and disconnected systems, making it hard to compare current conditions with normal operation. This delays response and increases the chance of downtime, waste, safety exposure, or service disruption.
Connected Train collects location, movement, and asset-status signals across streets and municipal assets and sends the readings to a secure cloud application. Dashboards and configurable rules show current location, movement history, and status, retaining history by site, zone, or asset. This gives fleet, logistics, and operations teams the context to recover, dispatch, or rebalance assets, helping them reduce search time and improve asset use and document the response.
Teams configure the monitored assets, users, and operating rules. Onboard rail-grade routers capture train position via GNSS and monitor the status of onboard connectivity and passenger services, providing the physical inputs for fleet visibility. Readings move over Wi-Fi to a secure cloud application. Gateways or edge services support site coverage where required. Dashboards compare current location, movement history, and status across sites, zones, or assets and flag threshold breaches or abnormal changes. Alerts provide the context to recover, dispatch, or rebalance assets, helping them reduce search time and improve asset use.
