Connected Coffee Systems collects sensor, meter, location, and equipment readings across food & beverage and sends the readings to a secure cloud application. Dashboards and configurable rules show current status, trends, and threshold exceptions, retaining history by site, zone, or asset. This gives clinical engineering, facilities, and care teams the context to investigate the affected site or asset, helping them respond earlier using measured conditions and document the response.
A connected payment and control module is added to the coffee machine as a retrofit unit. It interfaces with the machine controller and payment system to enable card and mobile wallet transactions. The module connects to the network and sends transaction and status data to a cloud platform. Operators access dashboards with sales records and device health indicators.
