About DriveWell Claims

Collision reconstruction gives claims teams a connected account of the event they are reviewing. Cambridge Mobile Telematics supplies DriveWell Claims, the handling and investigation product in its crash and claims suite. The application uses telematics records to support customer contact, claim submissions, severity assessment and assignment to the appropriate claims team.

The underlying platform combines smartphone, vehicle-tag, connected-car, camera and other supported records with contextual data. Reconstruction information includes the event date, time, location and severity, with vehicle details used for impact assessment. The web portal adds contextual views, including Google Street View, so the adjuster can examine the reported site. The same connected workflow provides data that prefill a digital first notice of loss, the initial customer claim submission.

Claims staff use the received records to confirm details with the customer and direct the case toward the selected handling process. Severity and impact information support triage for total-loss, injury or other specialist review. The shared event account also helps the team examine liability questions and unusual claim activity. These outputs connect the detected collision and customer submission with the subsequent investigation, keeping the telematics context available through the claims workflow.
