Electrical energy audits for industrial facility teams

A facility audit team needs electrical readings that can be collected at selected measuring points and reviewed remotely. BOX2M provides a mobile cloud kit with metering equipment, a protected suitcase and access to its telemetry platform. The arrangement is established for the voltage inputs, measurement questions and operating points involved in the audit.

The kit uses existing site current and voltage transducers or suitable temporary instruments. An offered low-voltage arrangement includes split-core transducers from 100 A to 4,000 A and a smart power meter. MØ, the telemetry device, gathers selected records through Modbus and RS485 interfaces or the arranged converters. Its chosen mobile connection sends data through MQTT to the hosted platform. Staff establish the sampling schedule, measured quantities and field connection during the audit setup. Specialist installers fit the selected electrical inputs and wiring.

The platform prepares downloadable reports for the customer to review. Audit staff compare received readings and move the kit between the agreed measurement points as the work proceeds. The offer supports equipment purchase with an initial year of platform and communication access, or monthly rental. Teams use the received histories and reports to assess electrical operation, while the kit and chosen inputs keep the temporary measurement workflow together.
