API 670-compliant machinery protection that continuously measures vibration and shaft position on critical rotating machines, raises pre-alarms, and triggers fast automatic shutdown to prevent catastrophic damage.

Turbines, compressors, and other critical machines can suffer catastrophic damage in seconds, and operators must shut them down only when a genuine fault threatens the machine or its environment.
The VC-8000 system continuously measures vibration and shaft position, compares values against configured alarm and danger limits following API 670 and ISO 10816, and drives fast voted shutdown while feeding data to plant systems.
Machine-mounted sensors connect to VC-8000 rack modules that condition and evaluate signals in real time, actuate protection relays for shutdown, present data through SETPOINT software, and exchange values with the plant DCS over dual Ethernet networks.
