Maps signals, stores histories, evaluates configured parameters.

Fixed traffic signals cannot adapt well when vehicle queues and pedestrian activity change throughout the day. Conventional timing plans may hold empty approaches while congestion builds elsewhere. Cities need current detection, configurable control, and a shared operational view across intersections. Limited visibility slows response to unusual traffic, safety events, and equipment issues.
Adaptive Intersection Traffic Control adds LiDAR detection and a connected management platform to existing signal infrastructure. The system distinguishes waiting vehicles from moving people or animals, evaluates configured intersection parameters, and supports signal control and monitoring. Traffic teams tune operation, review histories, and coordinate response with municipal dispatch or security centers.
LiDAR sensors are integrated with new or existing traffic-signal infrastructure to measure distance and classify relevant road users at an intersection. Moviluz processes the observations and links the signal equipment wirelessly to its web management platform. Operators view mapped intersections, histories, alerts, and configurable parameters, then adjust signal operation or dispatch field teams. Optional cameras, plate-reading modules, emergency buttons, and C4 or C5 connections support broader municipal response.
